Kyle was born in New Jersey and raised in Michigan. Since 2012, he has resided in Chattanooga as the primary operator of Weed Man. With over 10 years of experience in the lawn care industry, Kyle is the state license holder overseeing all pesticide applications for Weed Man Chattanooga. In his spare time, Kyle enjoys playing the guitar and spending time on the water. Kyle’s motivation, determination, and care for quality service is a marker for how our team conducts business. As a leader, he is constantly striving to improve the quality of the services we provide, as well as build the best lawn care team in SE Tennessee.
Pete was born and raised in New Jersey, then moved to Michigan in 1995 to raise his family with his wife, Christine. He earned his Bachelor's degree in Business from Taylor University in 1987. Before becoming involved with Weed Man Chattanooga, Pete worked as a corporate Weed Man franchise developer in Michigan. His primary focus is business development and employee personal growth, as well as being a state-certified technician. Pete and his wife moved to the area in 2019 and are now involved in the Calvary Chapel Chatt community. They have grown to love spending time enjoying all that Chattanooga outdoors has to offer, with their family.
Cayla was born and raised in Michigan, and moved to Chattanooga in 2019. She recently earned her Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science from Taylor University, where she also played college soccer. Cayla works part-time on all things marketing and social media. Her attention to detail, organizational skills, and creative ideas bring the brand of Weed Man to life. She is the daughter of Peter, the sister of Kyle, and is blessed to have the opportunity to work along-side her family.
Joe was born in Abington, Pennsylvania, and raised in Chattanooga, Tennessee. He has been with Weed Man Chattanooga since 2014 starting as a Customer Outreach Rep and graduated to a sales position in 2018, as well as being a state certified technician. He is currently studying Business IT at Ashford University. Joe and his son attend Rock Bridge Community Church where he is also a part of the choir. Joe's engaging customer service keeps our relationship with our customers thriving. His mission is “to help people achieve their lawn care dreams.”
Born and bred in good ol’ Chattanooga, Tennessee, Rocky has been a part of the Weed Man Chatt team since March of 2020. He likes to spend his free time with his daughter, Lana, and watching sports while throwing cookouts with some friends. Rocky’s consistent hard working and positive attitude provide a motivational spark to our team. He enjoys working alongside his friendly coworkers, but more importantly he finds delight in serving customers he has built a connection with.
